Since I (Katja) have recently read a book whose plot is set on a small island off Cape Cod, I really wanted there too (if we were ever in the vicinity). So we went the next morning with the ferry Nantucket 2 hours after Iceland.
I think it paid off in full. Besides the fact that Holger suffered from severe tooth pain, it was great the special to experience the charm of this spot of earth.
